Q Do you cure my allergies or asthma?
A No, but most allergy sufferers and asthmatics obtain considerable relief.
Approximately 85% of Asthmatics are allergic to the allergens in the excrement of the house Dust Mite and therefore obtain considerable relief. And whilst treatment will not cure Asthma, it may well prevent it. Recent research indicates that Asthma may be caused by allergens in mite excrement and that this excrement also crosses the placental barrier in pregnant women and therefore may cause Asthma in the unborn child.

Q How often should I have my carpet professionally cleaned?

Q Can all stains be removed ?

A Of course there are permanent stains that can never be removed and should be addressed by a cleaning professional once he looks at it. Pet urine stains, any type of artificially colored stains and many others are nearly impossible to removed but can be lightened. Removal of stains involves factors such as longevity of stain, volume and carpet color etc .

Q Is it better to get an estimate over the phone or in person ?

A Always get someone to look at your carpets in person. There are too many factors involved in cleaning carpets that cannot be answered over the phone and has to be looked at in person. If someone claims to give you an estimate over the phone be prepared to be up charged on arrival or handled in a get in get out type of cleaning. Callers usually wants estimates over the phone so they can get other quotes faster but be aware that low cost usually means poor service.

Q Will the spots come back ?

A The cleaning  system we use  is designed in such a way that it dissolves and absorbs the dirt because the dirt is contained. Unlike wet cleaning methods, our system doesn’t leave any sticky, soapy residue         behind to attract dirt and cause resoiling – and spots won’t wick back.

Q How is our cleaning system safe for your carpet?

A Our system  does not add hot steam that stresses the carpet to cause the pile to fall flat. Hot steam combined with harsh chemicals can destroy your carpet fibers and color. We do not leave any soap residue to make your carpet a dirt magnet. Infact our system of cleaning  will actually extend the life of your carpet. We use minimal moisture so no fear of water saturation.

Q Do you remove all the furnitures ?

A We do provide light furniture moving for free  however a few notes on this one:  We will move most furniture (sofas, chairs, tables, etc.)

  • larger musical instruments, electronics
  • grandfather clocks, china cabinet’s
  • most beds, dressers
  • full china hutches
  • full bookshelves
  • entertainment centers, sectionals
  • computer desks
  • pool tables

Our technicians reserve the right not to move any piece of furniture or household object that they do not feel comfortable with.

Q What do I need to do to be ready for the cleaning ?

A We recommend picking up all small items off floor. So we devote all our time cleaning and not stopping and starting.
